The inside bag was ripped open already. Like someone had returned it. The gem was broken off of the ring. The ring foes not look like the picture at all. Very disappointed.
I ordered a pendant in sterling silver. What I got is a black chain and pendantnwith gold symbols.

It was a gift for my daughter and in less than two days it turned black and the pendant turned pink.
True to the image, my wife loved it despite being a small detail. I don't expect the color to last long.
